Islander ISL-18 – Radiant Blue Dial Automatic Dive Watch – 200M
The Islander ISL-18 is a substantial automatic dive watch combining classic SKX-inspired proportions with enthusiast-level upgrades including a radiant sunburst blue dial, double-domed sapphire crystal, embossed ceramic bezel and Japanese NH36 automatic movement. (Long Island Watch)
The standout feature is its rich sunburst blue dial, which changes character depending on the light. The hands and hour markers are generously treated with Super-LumiNova, and even the Island Watch logo beneath 12 o'clock is luminous, giving the ISL-18 an impressive appearance after dark. (Long Island Watch)
Power comes from the dependable Seiko/TMI NH36 automatic movement. This 24-jewel Japanese caliber operates at 21,600 vibrations per hour and supports automatic winding, manual winding and hacking seconds. It also provides a practical day-and-date display at 3 o'clock and approximately 41 hours of power reserve when fully wound. (Long Island Watch)
The stainless-steel case measures 43mm in diameter, 14mm thick and only 46mm tip-to-tip. These proportions give the watch substantial presence while the relatively short lug-to-lug measurement keeps it surprisingly wearable. The familiar offset screw-down crown at 4 o'clock adds to the classic dive-watch profile, while drilled lugs make bracelet and strap changes easier. (Long Island Watch)
One of the biggest upgrades is the double-domed sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment. It provides excellent scratch resistance while giving the watch a more premium, vintage-inspired profile than a conventional flat mineral crystal. (Long Island Watch)
Surrounding the crystal is a 120-click unidirectional dive bezel with a distinctive embossed blue ceramic insert that coordinates beautifully with the sunburst dial. Its marine-style edge provides plenty of grip, making the bezel easy to operate. (Long Island Watch)
The screw-down crown and engraved screw-in caseback help provide 200 meters of water resistance, making the ISL-18 a genuinely capable sports and dive watch rather than simply a dive-inspired design. The caseback features a rendering of Long Island along with Islander branding. (Long Island Watch)
Another major attraction for enthusiasts is the watch's SKX007/SKX009 aftermarket parts compatibility. Crystals, bezels, inserts, chapter rings, dials, hands and bracelets designed around that platform can provide extensive customization possibilities. (Long Island Watch)

“my first purchase from Chrono24, and I honestly don’t have enough space to describe how much I appreciate the seller, rafael. we had a conversation that lasted several days, with many questions because of my concerns and doubts. The patience, respect, and professionalism I received from rafael were worth everything. every question was answered. every concern and fear disappeared. I received my watch faster than most of the purchases I make in my own country! and on top of that, I received a gift. nothing about this experience was taken for granted. I received a watch, I received a gift, and I also gained a friend named RAFAEL. rafael, my bro-when I travel to the usa , the first thing I’m doing is coming to see you, shake your hand, and give you a big hug! Thank you!”

“The new watch unfortunately has a small defect: the bezel action doesn't work properly. It's too loose in two-thirds of its range and too thight in the remaining third. Otherwise, the watch matches the description. Despite this, I am keeping the watch.”
