Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return period. You have 14 calendar days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the watch must be:

• Unworn, unused, and in the same condition in which it was received

• Returned with all original tags, protective materials, manuals, warranty cards, boxes, accessories, and bracelet links

• Accompanied by the receipt or other proof of purchase

Items showing signs of wear, alteration, damage, bracelet sizing, missing components, or removal of protective materials may not qualify for a return.

Starting a Return

To request a return, contact us at info@ftgwatches.com within 14 calendar days of delivery. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions, the authorized return address, and a prepaid return shipping label for eligible returns within the United States.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping and Fees

Eligible returns within the United States include free return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping and any related customs charges unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us immediately at info@ftgwatches.com if your item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalized or custom-made items

• Special-order items identified as non-returnable before purchase

• Gift cards

• Items that have been worn, altered, damaged, or returned incomplete

Sale-priced items remain eligible for return unless they were clearly identified as final sale before purchase.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return. Once the return is approved, you may place a separate order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If an order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason, subject to applicable law.

The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with its original packaging and included accessories. This provision does not limit any additional rights available under applicable consumer-protection laws.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. We will also inform you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued automatically to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit-card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
